• For applications and services specific to the IJM, a common IT account is available to each person

• This accound is created automatically for UPC people
• For CNRS people, it is necessary to fill this form and send it to assistance.siham.drho@u-paris.fr

F/ New arrivals

• When a new person arrives at the Institute
  • It is registered in the CNRS human resources repository (RESEDA)
    by the human resources department or the financial management department (Master students)
  • The next day, she received a CNRS mailbox prenom.nom@ijm.fr
  • She must come to the IT department to initialize the password for this mailbox
  • She can then freely activate
    • its CNRS identity for CNRS applications linked to Janus by going to Sesame
    • its IJM identity for IJM applications by going to https://ldap.ijm.fr/

G/ Federation of national and international identities and services

• The two identities CNRS/Janus and UPC are linked to the RENATER federation of identities and the European EduGain federation
  Many academic services and applications on the Internet use these identities
  Very useful national applications :
